The two measurements that decide whether an organiser helps or simply moves the clutter.
Ordering and delivery
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free on orders of ₹999 and above, otherwise a flat ₹49 anywhere in India. We pack within 1-2 business days in Mumbai and transit runs 3-8 business days — 3-5 business days to a metro, 5-8 business days further out. Door to door, plan for 4-10 business days.
How can I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. Cards are not accepted — no credit card payments, no debit card payments, and no PayPal.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed and texted to you on the day of dispatch. Courier scans can lag a day, especially over a weekend.
Returns and problems
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging with the invoice. Full conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
What if it arrives broken or does not work?
Film the unboxing, then tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full and we pay the return shipping. To be clear about what that is: a replacement route for an item that arrived damaged or dead, not a six-month or manufacturer warranty, and we do not claim to offer one.
A desk that stays tidy
What should I measure before ordering?
The depth and height of the space it has to sit in, and the width of the paper you will put in it. Depth is what catches people out — a desktop looks generous until a drawer unit has to clear the keyboard tray. Every listing gives internal and external figures.
Will these take Indian foolscap?
Some do and some do not, which is why we say so on each listing rather than assuming A4. Foolscap is taller than A4, so a sorter sized for A4 leaves the top of every sheet exposed and creased.
Powder-coated or sprayed?
Powder-coating is baked on and survives being knocked; spray paint chips, and mesh rusts from the chip outwards in a humid city. We list which one every metal item uses.
Do the drawers hold their shape when loaded?
Mesh drawers are rated for what they will carry, and that rating is on the listing. Overload one and the base bows permanently, which is the most common way these units are damaged — not in transit, but in the second month of use.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No — we are online only, with no walk-in counter. Everything is packed and dispatched from our Mumbai, Maharashtra workspace, and we answer during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
