Where is it?

Tracking an order

Every parcel leaves Mumbai, Maharashtra with a tracking number. Here is where the number comes from, what each status actually means, and what to do when it stops moving.

How to track

Open the link in the dispatch email, or take the AWB number to the website of the courier named in that email — Delhivery / XpressBees. The courier’s own page is always more current than any figure we can quote you.

  • Metro addresses: about 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: about 5-8 business days after dispatch.
  • In transit end to end, 3-8 business days; overall 4-10 business days from the time you order.

No tracking email? Check the spam folder first, then write to [email protected] with your order number and we will resend the AWB the same working day. That address is the one to use for everything below too.

The three messages you should get

1

Order confirmed

Sent the moment payment or the COD order is accepted. It carries your order number — that is the number to quote in any email, not the tracking number.

2

Dispatched, with the AWB

Sent when Delhivery / XpressBees collect, after 1-2 business days of handling. This email carries the tracking (AWB) number and a direct link to the courier’s own tracking page.

3

Out for delivery

Sent by the courier on the morning of the attempt, usually with a phone number for the delivery rider.

When tracking stops updating

Two days, no scanNormal. Scans happen at hubs, not continuously, and a parcel can sit on a line-haul truck for a day or two between them.
Four days, no scanWrite to us with the order number. We open a trace with Delhivery / XpressBees and stay on it until the parcel moves or is declared lost.
Marked delivered, nothing arrivedTell us within 48 hours. We ask the courier for the proof of delivery — the signature and the GPS point of the scan — and if it was not delivered to you we replace or refund it.
Delivery attempted, you were outCouriers reattempt twice. Reply to the courier’s SMS with a time that works, or call the rider’s number on it — the reattempt is arranged with them, not with us.

How this catalogue travels

Boxed metal is dense, and dense parcels move on the fastest lane a courier has. These usually arrive at the early end of the window rather than the late one.

Mesh and metal units ship flat where they are designed to, with corner bracing and a rigid board across any open panel, because mesh takes a permanent dent from a single knock. Small clear organiser sets are counted into a bag before boxing rather than tipped loose, so nothing arrives short, and every fixing pack is taped to the largest panel where you cannot fail to find it.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the outer carton before you open it and the item beside it after, then send both to us within 48 hours of delivery. That is all the evidence a courier claim needs, and it is far easier to gather at the door than a week later.
